UX/UI

LYNX
I lead strategy and interface design on the LYNX platform. LYNX is the platform for U.S. Department of War agencies and small businesses to find each other to form business alliances.

Delta Air Lines
I created high fidelity prototype designs for Delta Air Lines Delta One cabin menus. The idea is that after a customer has checked in and is waiting to board they are notified via the Skymiles app of menu options available on their flight.

Microsoft
Microsoft Digital Voice Experience
I created persona requirements, pain points, behaviors, journey maps, and resolution scenarios as foundational research to inform successful outcomes for the Microsoft Digital Voice Experience pilot program. The end product will be an auditory experience with no visual design intended to position Microsoft as the leader in voice design.

Persona Development

Microsoft Services Hub
I designed numerous enhancements for Microsoft Services Hub screens. Services Hub is a global 24/7 platform Customer Support Agents interact with during customer support calls. These screens are continuously updating as a Support Agent disambiguates toward a support resolution. The screens shown are for illustrative purposes only.

T-Mobile
I worked with product owners, user researchers, developers and delivery directors in the creation of the Single Line Activation platform which Support Agents use to activate a new line of service. The primary objective of the project is to create a tool that gives the Support Agents a simple user flow to deliver the best customer experience.

Acuity Brands
I led a team of visual designers in the transition from traditional promotional materials to interactive, digital sales tools to help encourage B2B business decisions.

Motif
I designed most of the pages at MotifPhotos.com.

RocketTrade
Rocket Trade is a mobile app that helps inform successful options trades.

AutoZone
I created user flows identifying the different product delivery and pickup options for a variety of user types. From independent repair facilities, DIYers and mobile mechanics, each user has specific requirements that impact their user journey.
