I manage brand consistency for multiple projects across print, web and broadcast communications. I currently lead creative direction on all communications for an employee wellness program for a Fortune 100 home improvement retailer. I have had considerable success increasing program participation and decreasing at-risk percentages by leveraging existing communications and implementing innovative new communications while adhering to a budget. I have designed, art directed and managed hundreds of branding and marketing communication projects from concept through completion. I understand strategic communications and know how to effectively lead a team and external resources through the implementation of creative projects.

DYMO - a division of NewellRubbermaid

Following the acquisition of several technology brands, DYMO needed to streamline its presence in the marketplace. This was achieved through a global rebranding initiative effecting all packaging, collateral and web assets. Prior to rebranding, DYMO product lines were inconsistent and difficult to navigate. Following rebranding, DYMO packaging is on-brand and easy to navigate, from entry to premium level. I was responsible for rebranding over one hundred SKUs domestically and directed the rebranding initiative globally.
